I have a terrible and fun experience throughout
I have OCD, Blood clot and Pancreatitis
Which they all have common fixes and have almost been avoidable.
But the number tip I could give to you in this post is. Love yourself FIRST
when you love yourself, you take care of yourself and you don't take bullshit from others and most importantly YOU DON'T VALIDATE YOURSELF FROM OTHERS. that means you don't try to impress others. don't destroy your own belief just because of parents or school even if you know you are doing the right act.
the greatest most illusion in the stages you're still learning and growing are the "illusion based pain" which is the getting accepted by everyone. now this illusion is based of our evolutionary needs of trying to survive as a pack. but that illusion was way before when dinosaurs are around. sorry when lions where like your neighbor.
but the problem today is you've always carried that evolutionary skill. which is quite not useful today. what i mean is, when you try to fit in by trying to do things that's bad for you. that's not really evolutionary at all, that's just plain stupid.
all the regrets and pain (physical) I've experience right now is through being stupid, trying to impress others. bad addictions and habits that was never had symptoms but it stacks and when a symptoms arise, it is too late. never be in that too late stage.
This is the purpose why I'm making this, I want to help young ones don't get to this stage I am right now, this too late stage.
